TULSA, Okla. (AP) - A man who Tulsa County prosecutors say is an illegal immigrant has been sentenced to prison for leaving the scene of a fatal accident. Eleazar Perez-Delgado was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading no contest to the charge. Investigators say Perez-Delgado was driving a sport utility vehicle that hit and killed Terry Clark in September 2007. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Clark was standing in a Tulsa city street about 3:30 a.m. when he was hit. Information from: Tulsa World, http://www.tulsaworld.com .MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Authorities in Warren County have issued arrest warrants for a man who fled to Atlanta after he was allegedly involved in a double fatality wreck. Sheriff Jackie Matheny said 21-year-old Herlin "Gato" Alvarez of La Vergne is an illegal immigrant and being sought on a charge of leaving the scene of the Sept. 30 accident near Centertown. Matheny said Alvarez is from Guatemala and has been working as a roofer in Tennessee. Matheny said Alvarez was driving a pickup truck that crossed the center line and collided with a motorcycle, killing two people. The sheriff said the fugitive's brother and another man who have been arrested for helping Alvarez flee told investigators they took him to Atlanta.
